One of my earliest breakthroughs was realising that clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder or longer. It comes from committing and moving forward. Sometimes it worked and sometimes I learned something that made the path more clear.
I used to think that I had to do everything with perfection. That belief held me back from a lot of things early on in life. A big breakthrough for me was realising that every expert was once an amateur and after realising that success is NOT trying to do something to perfection (Because you may never get started), but to do imperfect actions regularly over a long period of time. It seems so simple, but yet it took me some time to figure it out.
Another major breakthrough came through personal growth work and spirituality, learning to slow down, listen, and trust myself. The more I studied human behaviour, mindset, and tools like Human Design, the more I understood that success isn’t just about working harder… it’s about working from alignment with who I am as a person. That helped me stop forcing outcomes and start creating them with more peace, confidence, and consistency.
I’ve also had breakthroughs through building and learning in the real world — Having more than 20 very different jobs under my belt, Investing in properties, Renovations, CFD and Sharetrading, Moving countries multiple times and taking action even when I didn’t have all the answers.
Those experiences taught me something powerful: Momentum comes from action, and action comes from identity. Every time I followed through, I strengthened my belief in myself. Every time I didn’t, I learned what needed to change.
Fatherhood and being a husband has been one of the deepest breakthrough paths of all. It’s stretched me, humbled me, and anchored me. It constantly brings me back to what matters most — presence, patience, integrity, and being the kind of man my family can rely on. It’s also a big part of why I care so much about helping other people live with purpose. I want everyone to be the best version of themselves, because I believe that is what's needed to create a better world for us all.
And then there’s MRTS Coaching. That wasn’t just a business decision — it was a personal line in the sand. It was me saying: I’m not just going to learn all of this, I’m going to live it, embody it, and help others create real results.
I don’t want to be someone who just talks about potential. I want to be someone who helps people unlock it.
The biggest breakthrough of all? Realising that I don’t need to be “ready” to be impactful. I just need to be real, consistent, and committed. That’s how I live, that’s how I coach, and that’s what MRTS stands for in my life: progress, purpose, and becoming the person I know I’m here to be.
